Sealed says Boop the seal's nose. That is the whole published condition. The badge does not say which room holds the seal, whether it is a decoration or a moving animal, or whether one touch is enough beyond the word boop. It is not one of the pet badges, so Sugar and Fendi pets do not substitute.
